Phyllis was instrumental in helping us find a realtor in our home state of Maryland where we needed to sell our property before moving to Florida. Phyllis directed us to a realtor in our MD area that listened to us and helped us sell our house very quickly. Without Phyllis' help, I don't think our dream to move to Polo Run would have happened so easily. Phyllis was our "eyes" on watching our home be built. Once again we were so happy to work with Phyllis Garfinkle. We have known Phyllis for over twenty years. Twenty years ago she found Winding Oaks for us and sold it when we moved to Mistletoe Lane. Phyllis has been working with my wife’s parents for years and they have always been happy with her work. We bought a home from a production builder, and with Teresa and myself both being in the construction industry, and it never crossed my mind that we would really need a Realtor in this transaction. Boy was I wrong! Phyllis provided us support in the Finish Selection process and since we were out of town buyers, she would drive by the house and send us periodic updates which were appreciated. Our lender was terrible and the process from accepting the loan to closing was harder than it needed to be.
